This is where you will find who won, who scored, who assisted and other
great game information!

3/1/08 ~ Not bad for the first game.  Many of you have not played in months.  We need to beef up our communication, getting to 50/50 balls first and playing without the ball.  I did see some good ball movement especially in the 2nd half.
Spring break games:  I feel the team did well, considering half of our team was gone, we had new players and a bunch of subs.  We lost by 2 to Vardar and we lost by 3 to FSSC Arsenal and Brighton.  We also scored on Arsenal.  That was only the second goal they had allowed.  Good job guys!

Sunday 4/6/08:  This was an awesome game to watch.  Most of our players were back.  Many of you met for the first time.  Obviously the other team was weaker but I like what I saw (and heard).  Thank you Ryder and Kinney for playing goal.  You both did a good job.  Congrats on your 6-0 shutout!  We still need more (and louder) communication and we need to work the ball more but this will come with time.
4/30/08 ~ You are doing well as a team.  Our first game against Mt. Pleasant was awesome to watch.  Ball movement and communication was not where we want it to be but for a first outdoor game, it was very impressive.

As for the game against the Mt. Pleasant U19 team, I think we would have given them a run for their money if we would have played them first.  We'll see what happens when we play them at home!

The tie against Owosso.... well, I feel you should have won it.  We did have quite a few chances; good chances.  We just weren't able to close the deal.  The fact that you had so many shots is a very positive sign.

This Friday we play Carmen Ainsworth.  I am anticipating this to be a rough game.  There is a lot of pride on the line (both ways) considering they have 6 of our players from last year.  They are going to play you guys hard.  You are going to have answer strong!  Brennen is out for the week, due to his shoulder and Josh Vanderlip and Jeff will not be there do to school obligations.  We are missing some very strong players for this game.  You all just need to play with a lot of heart (which I have seen each of you do)!

       Good luck to us!
